It’s been exactly a year since I first heard this song and it’s since become a first favourite. A cover of the Inger Lorre-penned tune made famous by Jeff Buckley , it’s also a good stepping stone into Micah P. Hinson’s own body of work, ‘Micah P. Hinson and The Gospel of Progress’ and ”Micah P. Hinson and the Opera Circuit.’ [Although this particular track appeared on the Tim and Jeff Buckley tribute album, ‘Dream Brother’.]
